This is the worst car rental agency ever. I wish I'd read the reviews. I was quoted 59.00 for a Camry over the phone. When I got there, the lady quoted 191.00 for two days. When I reminded her the price she quoted over the phone, she lowered it to 159.00. Then she charged an extra 5% for using a credit card! They prefer cash. So, I'm sure you can understand why. The car smelled so bad. It smelled as if someone had smoked a thousand packs of cigarettes in that car. They had the nerve to have five air fresheners hanging on the steering wheel. The car drove as if the engine was going to fall out. After 30 minutes, I took it back and was told there was no refund, regardless how bad the car was. People, hear me clearly! Stay away from this place. This is not a good place. These people don't care about their customers.PLEASE check the reviews for this place on YELP. You will see a totally different set of reviews like mine. Sometime I've seen where friends of a company will post reviews on Google to help with their negative ratings. There are NO POSITIVE REVIEWS that I've seen on YELP.

After being scammed and refused cars because no one takes cash these days , we found this place and this guy SAVED OUR TRIP ! * very nice man, very helpful and he restored my faith in mankind ! We had a great trip thanks so much !!

They worked well with us with no complaints

I absolutely love this place. I've rented here for a while now and each time I'm in and out in minutes. Their customer service is great. Each time I rented the minivan for my family of five for vacation. I'm coming back here soon for my next rental.

I chose this place because enterprise cancelled my rental. They didn’t have enough cars. So I rented a Lincoln MKC from Horizon. It was a nice vehicle. Drove well. It was good on gas. I went to New Orleans for the weekend in it. The service was really great. I read some of the other reviews that weren’t so good regarding the service. I can’t say that I had that experience. They gave me excellent service. I gave them 5 stars even tho the car wasn’t cleaned out or freshened up for me. I had to do that myself but I guess the trade off is that they waived my deposit.
